Ansley Stone

I completed my internship over the summer and fall of 2022 at the United Way in Anderson, SC.

​

United Way is an international network of over 1,000 local affiliated nonprofits. ​Originating in the United States, United Way has had one of the largest nonprofit impacts in terms of donations and assistance.

 

Their focus in France is on youth education, and during my internship I was able to study the presence of the nonprofit in both the United States and France as well as the impact of their social medias and local reach.

During these months, I worked as a photographer, videographer, volunteer, receptionist, and assistant to various roles (primarily doing financial organization and dealing with various communications files).

The attached document (written in French) gives an overview of my experience with United Way, their international and local impact, and where I predict the organization is headed in terms of international presence.
